Vendor Referral Program

Add a referral page to vendor portals where they can enter email addresses of other vendors they'd like to refer. Then the ability to create the terms of the referral program. Example: Referring vendor earns 5% of payout to the person they referred for first year and referred person earns a signup bonus of 100% commission on the first 20 orders

Offers On Products

This would be a great feature where you allow buyers to make "offers" on products just like you can on eBay. It could be simple for the first implementation where they can just submit a one time offer for say 24 hours and the seller can either accept or reject. Ultimately would be great if there was the ability to send a counter offer. We currently use "Make an Offer" Shopify app that accomplishes this for our own products, however, it does not work for other vendors on the platform. All of the offers come to us as the admin and that will not work. The attached screenshot shows you what a buyer would see and when they submit it collects there email address (which is nice for marketing purposes later). Seller receives the request and can approve it which sends a purchase link with discount and that is live for 24 or 48 hours depending on the setting so the buyer can purchase it at the offer price.

Penalty and late order notification system.

Hi Guys, Due date/dispatch date notification system... We run a huge multi vendor store and unfortunately vendor is do not always look at their dispatch date and do not always adhere to the dispatch date that is given to them. We would love it if you guys can invent/built a system where a vendor can be notified of a orders dispatch date five days in advance so that they can be made aware that the item needs to leave their warehouse in five days. This must be accompanied with a email notification to inform them that they've got five days to complete the following order. This will in return make them aware that they are running out of time to dispatch the product. So for example: every order requires a dispatch date that comes into the system from Shopify we should be able to set this lead time/dispatch date on each product with a product TAG and this in return should be reflected in the portal and immediately start running a countdown clock as the specific line item has been placed for one of our vendors. If it is on day five a notification should be sent out to the vendor informing them that they've got five days left to complete the order. The order itself should then be highlighted orange in the portal and should be clearly visible to the vendor showing them that this is something they need to look at urgently. When the specific order has three days left it should again be highlighted and turned to a different colour for instance red making this vendor immediately aware of the fact that they are running really late on the dispatch of the product. This should be a company with another email notification informing them they have three days left to dispatch. Penalty system if vendor does not adhere to the warning system informing them of their product being dispatched late. A penalty system shoot kick in! This penalty system should be customisable and we as merchant should be able to set the rules. For example: if an order is dispatched five days after initial dispatch date then we can charge a penalty to the vendor and in return this penalty will just be deducted from the order in question on the payout of the order towards the vendor. This will be automatically deducted no questions asked as the vendor did not adhere to the warning system for their products dispatch date. This is something that is a huge request!! as it can help merchants immensely keep their vendors under control and also liable for tarnishing their company name as vendor sometimes do not care. And this will immediately make us the merchants have a little bit more power over vendors promising to deliver at a certain time frame. We beg you to please consider building the system as it will immediately take so much work off of the merchants hands and help us automate our business to run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Partner up with other Shopify app developers to pull in our wish lists from our stores. This will give our vendors a clear view of which products customers actually want and have placed in their wish list for purchasing later. Vendors then also have the ability to put this item on sale specifically for the people that have their item in a Wish List. This is a golden opportunity to make more sales, but unfortunately our vendors do not have this information.

Designate Percent + Flat Value Commission

We offer on demand in house printing for some of our Vendors for which we charge a small fee. We currently handle payouts outside PuppetVendors so can deduct print fees from payouts automatically, but would like to migrate payouts into the platform and this feature is essential for us. For example for these products, we'd like to be able to charge our standard 20% Commission as with all products, and assign an additional to flat $X print fee for specific items (this can be by SKU or other means is fine). Currently we can set a predefined print fee for individual items, but with a large number of vendors and products calculating and setting up a unique fixed fee that encapsulates XX% + $X relative to the cost of each item is not practical. We would rather be able to assign an Add On print comission of $1, $2, etc for different print formats to specific items in addition to and on top of their base 20% Commission to cover print fees. The result would ideally be:

All standard products: 20% commission + $0 Print Fee In house print product A: 20% commission + $2 Print Fee In house print product B: 20% commission + $1 Print Fee In house print product C: 20% commission + $2 Print Fee And so on. This feature would be enormously beneficial for us and would enable us to migrate our payouts into to PuppetVendors.

for stores that focus on selling digital products. as room/bikes/book/dress rentals. a very helpful tool is integration with some iCal calendar. (on shopify there's an iCall booking app named bookThatApp)

Add field to show credit card fees in Orders

Decline payouts based on order tags

If an order is tagged as wholesale or a specific discount that tags the order, it will not count as revenue that goes to the vendor.

Support for multiple vendors split per order

I’d like to split orders and pay multiple vendors. Vendor1 - receives 50% commission for ProductA or SKU123 Vendor2 - receives 50% commission for  ProductA or SKU123

Group fulfillments by order

My vendors have to fulfill each item in an order by line item and checking all of them takes time. I want my vendors to be able to fulfill all items in an order at once.

Returns/Damaged Order/Lost Management System

There needs to be some sort of way for vendors to handle this type of process with the admin in the system. Currently would need to be cordinated outside which could be extremely messy.

Multiple Vendor pre Product

Allow multiple vendors to be assigned to a product. This would allow different vendors to supply the same item.

Payouts under vendor request for a better cashflow

Would be very helpfull to have a button where vendor can see how much money is available for him and request his payout. Also, I would like to be able to set a time after sale for the payment to be available. In my case, I pay 30 days after the product was sold. Resuming: A button in vendors profile where he can see the amount that is already available and press to request his payout.

Add option to make minimal outstanding balance payments to vendors

Add a minimum payment option wherein merchants can pay vendors only at the time when a certain balance is met.

Customize product permissions per vendor

For now-shop-fun.myshopify.com allow product price and quantity to be updated per vendor

Connect other Shopify stores as vendors

Would be great to connect other Shopify stores out there to just connect their inventory to our shop. For example, if an artist has some great products and is also a Shopify vendor, we could partner with them to carry their products into our store without them having to manually enter each item and their products would automatically import and sync with their own Shopify store.

Abilty for vendor to be "on vacation".

This would allow for vendors to pause sales/shipping if they need to have a break such as a vacation or the like.

Ability on add product fields to set them to required

Would be great feature to let admin on product settings to set fields to required so no items have missing information when posted to active.

Vendors to control discount given

Would be great if vendors are able to update to sale prices themselves and we approve it on our end. I.e Another section 'discount' for us to request/approve discount from vendor to apply to all their products/ individual products

After submitting new listing

After the submit button is pressed, it takes you back to the process of entering your listing's information, it should, in my opinion, say successful and then take you to your listings. Users might think that there was a problem and keep trying (functionality and a user friendly experience is best)

Bulk Invoices

Download bulk invoices per month. Looking and downloading invoices per order as they are now is very slow. Please allow for downloading invoices per month.

I would like my vendors to be able to securely upload their proof of identity/address so I can verify their identity when registering for a vendor account.

The ability to provide feedback when denying a product that a vendor wants to publish to marketplace.
