The chat function isn’t quite solving for this I think. What is needed is a way to ‘deny’ a listing submission, with a comment. Thus triggering an email to the seller that says, “your listing has not been approved” with a fill in the blank reason: ex. “photos do not meet photo guidelines”

The team has decided to solve this using a timeline format where any feedback will be listed as a timeline on a per product basis with the option to notify the other party via email.
